Product Description
Cleaning and Maintenance:

Note
1. Nothing happens when pressing the vacuum sealer
a. Power cord not plugged in. Make sure the power cord is correctly plugged into the electrical outlet, and in the “on” position.
b. Power cord is damaged. Check the power cord and plug, and make sure they are not damaged in any way. If damaged, do not use the vacuum sealer and contact us.
c. Seal function still active or needs to reset. Before re-pressing, the "Sealing Only" key, allow the unit to resume for 30 seconds.
2. Vacuum sealer not sealing bag properly
a. Clean and straighten the open end of the bag, ensure there are no wrinkles or ripples on the panels of the open ends.
b. Press the cover down on both sides by the line area using two hands.
c. Press the "Seal" key for 3 seconds and check if the LED light shows red.
