The eSpring Water Treatment System Tubing is one of the replacement parts for the eSpring unit.

The eSpring Water Treatment System Tubing is one of the replacement parts for the eSpring unit. In the interest of customers and to meet NSF standards, no harmful chemicals are added to the Tubing, even though it may prevent the Tubing from cracking.

Typical causes of cracked tubing may include high exposure to sunlight and heat, and common use of harsh detergents and bug spray on and around the tubing. Also, keep in mind that bacteria could grow in the water within the outlet tubing and diverter, if the eSpring unit is inactive. A 30-second flush can help to clear all this water out of the system, replacing it with water treated by the UV Lamp.

It is recommended that the Tubing be replaced at least every two years or earlier for hygiene purposes.
