The name durian comes from the Malay word duri (thorn). Regarded by many people in Southeast Asia as the "king of fruits", the durian is distinctive for its large size, strong odour and formidable thorn-covered rind.

The role of metal elements in steel structure:

♦(V, vanadium) is characterised by high fire-resistance and is added to steel as a gain-refining agent. Vanadium is added to steel for strengthening purposes.
