Product Specifications

This amazing product is made of the best and healthiest type of plastic, chosen specially for a safe usage contacting food and drinks directly. It is made of double wall glass. There is a vacuum between these two glass walls and there is also silver coating applied between the glass walls.

It is also built internally from the purest type of glass (free of harmful Asbestos).

Rose Thermos products are internationally recognized and certified on meeting international standards of quality and safe to contact food and drinks.

All Rose Thermos products are carefully designed to able to keep the inside temperature for long period. When pouring initial hot water at 95°C, after 6 hours, water temperature will be maintained at minimum 70°C. After 24 hours, water temperature will become minimum 36°C.


Instruction to keep the temperature for the longest possible time

- Before putting the hot drinks, wash the thermos with warm water
- Fill the thermos with hot water for five minutes before putting your hot drink
- Pour the hot drink into the thermos
- Fill the thermos up to maximum of 3cm below the glass neck, then seal the thermos tight


Tips

- Don't put any solid object, i.e. spoon and ice cubes inside the thermos
- Don't use it with dairy products, infant's food or soda drinks
- Don't put it inside microwave or dishwasher
- After some time of usage, the thermos base might need to be tightened
- To put cold drinks just after hot drinks, wash the thermos with warm water first to avoid sudden temperature change, which may cause the glass to break


Warranty

This product is authentically guaranteed for three years to preserve temperature. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misused.


Terms & Conditions

1) Items sold are not returnable/exchangable/refundable
2) Please select the correct size and colour variation during the order. Once the order has been finalized, customer is not allowed to change.
3) Colour might be slightly different than actual due to lighting, brightness of screen etc. Customer shall consider this and check with seller before purchase.
4) Three (3) years warranty is provided by the manufacturer on temperature preservation only from the date of purchase. Any other related damage/defect/discoloration are excluded. To claim for this warranty, customer shall return the item at their cost along with proof of purchase. Subject to verification and investigation by Company, replacement item will be delivered to customer.
5) Once the item has been delivered to customer, Company shall not be responsible for any claim except on temperature preservation as mention above. The item is deemed delivered in good condition and free from any defect.
