Sea buckthorn oil has been used for thousands of years as a natural remedy against various ailments.

Sea buckthorn berries boast potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus. They also contain good amounts of folate, biotin and vitamins B1, B2, B6, C and E

Interestingly, sea buckthorn oil may also be one of the only plant foods known to provide all four omega fatty acids — omega-3, omega-6, omega-7 and omega-9.

ANTI-AGING PROPERTIES: Sea buckthorn oil reduces the three major signs of ageing skin - Wrinkles, Fine Lines and Age Spots. The fatty acids and carotenoids found in sea buckthorn oil penetrate into the skin and provide it nutrition.

It promotes skin hydration, elasticity, cell regeneration, and even helps treat and prevent acne. Sea Buckthorn oil has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce swelling and redness associated with many skin conditions, including eczema, psoriasis and rosacea.

Note: Will stain skin orange, but is easily washed off. No edible because it contain cosmetic grade preservative.

Directions
Mix a few drops with another oil or moisturiser in the palm, then massage gently into freshly cleansed face and body until absorbed. Wash hands after use to prevent staining.

Note: Mixing is not necessary; it is perfectly safe to use on its own. However, note that the oil stains quite deeply. Perfect for an extra treatment boost at night.
