This is a highly refined mineral oil intended for use as pharmaceutical and cosmetics such as ointments, creams, lotions, hair oils, ingredients for baby and bath oils, massage oils. These oils are hydrophobic, colourless, transparent, odourless, tasteless and non-flourescent.
White Oils Pharmaceutical are finding applications in the following industries: drugs and pharmaceuticals, comsetics, food processing and handling, rubber, plastics, paper, pope, bakery, textile, agriculture and precision machinery. Wood industries where the oils are used for finishing treatments.

Applications
• Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics: Base materials for ointments, skin creams, hair preparations suntan lotions and emollients, ingredients for baby and bath oils, lotions, lipsticks, massage oils
• Food: Safely used as a component of non-food articles intended for use in contact with food for human consumption
U.S. FDA CFR 21, Section 178.3620 (b) - White Mineral Oil
• Chemicals: Manufacture of plasticisers and internal lubricants, mould release agents and extrusion aids in plastics production, manufacture of carrier oils for pesticides and insecticides
• Lubricants: Lubricants for medical instruments and apparatus, filling and packaging machines in the food industry and compressor cylinders in the beverage industry. White Oils Pharmaceutical are also recommended as rayon oil and de-foaming and glossing agents. Hydraulic fliuds, or bearing and gear lubricants. Compressors handling air or gases (except oxygen), or carbon dioxide for carbonated beverages. Rust preventive for vats, tanks and machinery
