Directions:

Skin - Apply one or two drops of Prickly Pear Oil to the face after cleansing

Hair - 1) For dry, chemically heat damaged hair put oil into the palm, warm and work the oil through your hair. Wrap the hair in hot towels and leave for 30 minutes. Try to keep the hair hot during the 30 minutes. Wash and rinse if necessary. Simple method: For hair treatment, simply use one or two drops and massage into hair every night; leave for 15 minutes before washing or add to your favourite conditioner.
