WHAT IS GUM ARABIC
Gum Arabic is dried exudation obtained from the stems and branches of Acacia Senegal and Acacia Seyal tree. It contains water-soluble dietary fibers (WSDF) that are not only good fiber for your diet but also helpful in keeping your cholesterol under control.

HOW TO USE?
If you are sensitive to fiber, simply start with a small dose such as 1 teaspoon per day first, then you can gradually increase to1 - 2 tablespoons per day. Mix it with at least 1 glass (240ml) of water. Make sure to drink plenty of additional water throughout the day because of the fiber content.
