Blackmores Evening Primrose Oil + Fish Oil is a rich source of omega-6 and omega-3 essential fatty acids which are important for:
* structure and function of cell membranes;
* energy production;
* nerve function;
* growth, particularly of skin and hair;
* maintenance of general health and well-being.

Fish Oil contains the omega-3 triglycerides EPA and DHA, and can be taken as a dietary supplement. The omega-3 triglycerides have an anti-inflammatory activity in the body, and are indicated to relieve symptoms of psoriasis and eczema.
Ingredients

Active ingredients per capsule: Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) 500mg, providing gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) 50mg; Fish oil (natural) 500mg, containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 150mg as: Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 90mg; Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 60mg; (equiv. Vitamin A 12.5IU), (equiv. Colecalciferol 31.3nanograms, [Vit D3 1.25IU]).
Directions

Adults: Take one to three capsules a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

Children 6-12 years: Take one to two capsules daily (squeeze into milk or juice), or as professionally prescribed.
