Balm may have some melt (uneven surface) during transit. Balm made from petroleum and paraffin. Those ingredients very easy melt due to hot weather during transfer to destination.
运输过程中炎热的天气可能会造成桂花膏表面融化不平。这是因为桂花膏的成分熔点低，当气温高到达熔点时就会造成融化。融化后又凝固不会影响它的质量和效果。

When receive parcel pls put gwei hua balm at cold place first before open balm.
Because balm possible turn into liquid condition. If is liquid after put at cold place or fridge will back to normal condition. When open your balm pls keep flat before open ️
请收到包裹后放在阴凉的地方，等待一段时间才打开桂花膏。打开桂花膏之前请把罐子持平才打开避免洒出来。这是因为桂花膏可能在运输过程会融化变成桂花油液体状。

Where can we use it on?
For flu and cough, we can apply on chest, back, throat and nose.
We can apply on our tummy / chest when we experience discomfort.
