Sambucol Kids Cold & Flu Liquid 120ML can help relieve cold and flu symptoms such as:

Sore throat
Fever
Cough & congestion
Aches & pains

Cold & flu symptoms:

Children 5 – 12 years: 15ml (1 tablespoon) 2 times per day
Children 2 - 4 years: : 7.5ml (1/2 tablespoon) 2 times per day
Sambucol Kids Liquid is best administered to your child at first sign of cold and flu – we recommend taking within 48hours of the onset of symptoms.


Daily Boost:
To help support healthy immune function during the cold & flu season or when immunity is weakened:

Children 5-12 years: 15ml (1 tablespoon) once a day.
Children 2-4 years: 7.5ml (1/2 tablespoon) once a day.
Or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
