Maalox Plus Simethicone Tablets

A lemon Swiss creme flavored antacid for symptomatic relief of hyper-acidity associated with the diagnosis of peptic ulcer, gastritis, peptic esophagitis, gastric hyper-acidity, heart burn, or hiatal hernia.

As an anti-flatulent to alleviate the symptoms of gas, including postoperative gas pain. This medication is used to treat the symptoms of too much stomach acid such as stomach upset, heartburn, and acid indigestion. It is also used to relieve symptoms of extra gas such as belching, bloating, and feelings of pressure/discomfort in the stomach/gut. Simethicone helps break up gas bubbles in the gut.

Direction for use: 2 - 4 tablets to be chewed, 4 times a day, taken 20 minutes to 1 hour after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by physician.
