Direction for Use Children 1 to 8 years old: 1-2 tablet daily Children 9 years old & above: 2-4 tablets daily.

Ingredients
Vitamin A (740 IU), Vitamin B1 (0.25mg), Vitamin B2 (0.25mg), Vitamin B6 (0.25mg), Vitamin E (3.6IU), Nicotinamide (2.5mg), Folic Acid (0.06mg), Vitamin C (12.5mg), Calcium (100mg), Vitamin D3 (100IU), Magnesium (20mg).
