Vitamins and minerals are nutrients that the body needs in small amount to work properly and stay healthy.
Vitamins help your body grow and work the way it should. These product provides 12 vitamins—vitamins A, C, D, E, and the B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, B6, B12, and folate).

Vitamins have different jobs–helping you resist infections, keeping your nerves healthy, and helping your body get energy from food or your blood to clot properly.
-Vitamin A (vitamin A acetate) Important for vision, reproductive function, and normal cell reproduction.
-Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) processes carbohydrates into energy, necessary for nerve cell function.
-Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) A crucial component of DNA replication and nerve cell regulation.
-Vitamin B2(Riboflavin) Helps the production of red blood cells and is important for growth.
-Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) Helps control cholesterol, processes alcohol, maintains healthy skin
-Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid ) converting fats to energy and synthesizing cholesterol.
-Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) production of hormones such as serotonin, dopamine, and melatonin
-Vitamin B7 Biotin (1% Bitotin) convert food into energy, important for the health of your hair, skin and nails
-Vitamin B9 Folate (folic acid) helping produce and maintain new cells, for example new red blood cell
-Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) Important in wound healing and acts as an antioxidant.

Minerals

Minerals also help your body function. These product provides 6 minerals. Some are micro minerals, like iodine and iron, are only needed in very small quantities. Some are macro mineral, such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium, are needed in larger amounts.
