When is the best time of the day to take a multivitamin?

What is the difference between old and new Centrum® and Centrum® Silver?
The new Centrum® and Centrum® Silver are added with Lutein and Lycopene, which are beneficial to the eyes and overall health. In addition, the vitamin and mineral levels are adjusted according to the latest recommended daily intake to support your overall health. It is also added with Vitamin K to support bone health. Vitamin K is also important for healthy blood clotting.

Recommended Dietary Intakes (RDIs) and Centrum
