HEAT & EAT IN 12 MINUTES

Instruction:
Immerse vacuum packed pork jowl into boiling water and reduce to low heat for 10 minutes (package is heat resistant to 100°c) .
将真空包装脸颊肉放入烧开热水的水锅里，并将大火调制中底火煮10分 (本包装袋耐热温度可达100°c）。

Transfer the pork jowl into a pan and pan sear for 2 minutes. Sliced the pork jowl at 45° degree angle. Serve when ready.
将脸颊肉转移到平底锅里大火煎煮2分钟。以45° 度斜切成薄片。摆盘即享用。
