Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Onion, Galangal, West Indian Lemongrass,(E330), Monosodium Glutamate(E621),Sodium Benzoate(E211), Sugar, Salt, Galangal, Ginger.

Dry Curry Sauce Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Onion, Sugar, Salt, Galangal, Chili Powder, Modified Starch(E1422),Curry Leaf, Curcumin, Ginger and Sodium Benzoate(E211).

Dry Prawn Sauce Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil),Dried Shrimp, Sugar,Onion, Chili Powder, Salt,Monosodium Glutamate(E621), Galangal, Garlic, West Indian Lemongrass, Modified Starch(E1422) and Sodium Benzoate(E211).

Dried Nanyang Yee Mee Cooking Instruction：

1st Cooking Instruction :
1) Add noodles in boiling water & cook for 3 minutes.
2) Keep 50ml water in the bowl.Add the paste and stir well before serving.
