Ginger Garlic Haruan Slice 姜蓉蒜米生鱼片

Ginger Garlic Sauce Ingredients:
Garlic, Ginger, Oystere Sauce, Sesame Oil, Cooked Shallot Oil, Salt, Sugar, Chicken Stock

Cooking Method: 
Preparation (Optional)
1. Prepare some slices of chili or bird's eye chili.
2. Prepare some spring onions as garnish.

Steaming1. Heat Steamer in high heat. 2. Put defrosted fish slices onto a plate.3. Pour all contents of the sauce pack onto the fish slices.4. Put chilies on top of the fish slices (optional).5. Put plate into hot boiling steamer for 4-5 minutes.6. Serve the fish. 7. Add spring onion on top as garnish. 


Gong Bao Haruan Slice 宫保生鱼片
Gong Bao Sauce Ingredients:
Ginger, Garlic, Dried Chili, Spring Onion, Oyster Sauce, Dark Soya Sauce, Sesame Oil, Sugar, Salt
Cooking Method:
Preparation (Optional)
1. Prepare a few cloves of cut garlics, some cut onions, cut dried chilies and cut spring onions.
Stir Frying
1. Heat pan in medium heat and add a teaspoon of cooking oil
2. Put garlics onions, dried chillies and spring onions into pan and stir fry it for 30s (this steps is not needed if above preparation is not done).
3. Pour a pack of tis sauce into the pan and stir fry it for 30s.
4. Add defrosted fish slices into the pan and stir fry it for 4-5mins. 
5. Turn off heat and serve on a plate. 

Spicy Mala Haruan Slice 麻辣生鱼片
Spicy Mala Sauce Ingredients:
Mala Paste, Dried Chili, Sichuan Red Pepper, Sichuan Green Pepper, Salt, Sugar
Cooking Method:
Preparation (Optional)
1. Prepare a few cloves of cut garlics, some cut onions, cut dried chilies and cut spring onions.
Stir Frying
1. Heat pan in medium heat and add a teaspoon of cooking oil
