A: Yes! Please contact us first and we will arrange the exchange for you. If you have purchased the premium package with subsidised exchange, we will cover your return costs (up to RM5). 

Q: Are these shoes waterproof? 
A: Please note that this shoes is water resistant. The surface ensures breathability; however, it is not waterproof.
