Q: How do I select a size?
A; Measure your foot size and width in cm. Select the closest size in cm (actual foot length) to the length of your foot. If your foot width is more than 9 cm, select a size larger. You may also contact us via Shopee Chat for size recommendations. 

Q: The shoes do not fit, can I exchange them?
A: Yes! Please contact us first and we will arrange the exchange for you. If you have purchased the premium package with subsidised exchange, we will cover your return costs (up to RM5). 

Q: Are these shoes waterproof? 
A: Please note that this shoes are water resistant. The surface ensures breathability; however, it is not fully waterproof.
