The reduced outer diameter, thinner walls, and lubricating treatment allow Insupen pen needles to perform a comfortable, pain-free injection. Insupen is a full range of pen needles in terms of diameter and length and can be used with any injection technique.

IMPORTANT :
The pen needle is a sterile disposable device; therefore, it must be changed after each injection, otherwise you risk:
inaccurate dosage. Leaving the needle on the pen between injections may alter the composition of the insulin.
air getting into the cartridge through the needle. The air bubbles reduce the normal flow of insulin during the injection, with the consequent risk of a reduced dose of the drug.
crystallisation of the insulin. If the needle is left on the pen, the insulin inside the pen can turn into crystals, and partially or completely obstruct the needle, thereby making the injection difficult or even impossible.
contracting infections. Once used, the pen needle is no longer sterile.
experiencing a more painful injection. During the injection, the lubricant on the needle is completely removed and the tip of the needle undergoes a progressive deformation, losing its original shape.
