Ascorbic Acid (L-Ascorbic Acid), USP, Food Grade is a naturally occurring form of Vitamin C in a white, powder with a molecular formula of C6H8O6. Vitamin C, or Ascorbic acid, is one of the most effective and safest nutrients. It is a water-soluble vitamin. The human body doesn’t have the capacity to generate Vitamin C. Therefore, it needs to be received through food and other supplements.
