1.) Can this Camera be used outdoors ?
Yes , This camera is IP65 certified weatherproof

2.)How long does the battery Last ?
This camera comes with the 5200mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Normally, the battery lasts for about 4-6 months in Standby Mode. Battery life may vary based on settings, usage or temperature. The camera will send you the low-battery notification when the battery level goes down to 10%.

3.)What is the maximum distance between this camera to the router?
In open area, without any obstacle and interference from other WiFi signal, the expected maximum distance can reach 80 meters (about 260 feet).
And if the camera and router are put indoors with 2 walls in between, without any interference from other WiFi signal, the expected maximum distance can be 20 meters (approx. 60 feet). The WiFi range varies based on the surroundings. You can use a WiFi extender to boost the signal.

4.)What is the PIR sensor?
PIR sensor (full form: passive infrared sensor) is used to detect the motion. It receives and detects infrared radiation from the surrounding. When the differences of radiation are identified, the camera triggers motion alerts.
As PIR sensors are more sensitive to infrared radiations from humans or animals, this camera can dramatically reduce false alarms caused by fluttering moths or flying twigs. Also, by setting up motion sensitivity and working time, you can make the cam smarter to catch what really matters to you.

5.)How many cameras can I add into Reolink App?
All your Reolink cameras can be added into Reolink App. And you can view live feed of up to 16 cameras at the same time on Reolink App and up to 36 cameras on Reolink Client
