Glass pots add a classy, elegant touch to your office desk, dining table or shelf. Although these glass bowls do not have drainage holes, the advantage is that they are transparent! Therefore, it takes away the the doubts you may have about overwatering or underwatering your plants. It makes it easier to monitor plant growth as well as the dampness of the soil. It is also suitable for you to plant succulents to make an open-air terrarium!

Small --- 6cm x 15cm
Medium --- 8cm x 20cm
Large --- 10cm x 24cm

Pots are fragile, we will pack them with extra care. However, sometimes due to courier mishandling (parcel left under rain/sun or thrown) even though we have labelled it as a fragile parcel with the fragile sticker, the pot is prone to damage. Therefore, buyers should bear their own risk when purchasing.
花盆是易碎品，我们会倾尽所能保护它们。但就算我们已把“Fragile”贴纸贴在包裹上，偶尔还是会遇到包裹（日晒雨淋，被丢）之类的情况，花盆有可能会受损，介意者慎拍。

(a) Customers are advised to purchase insurance (for pots) as a precautionary measure. If the insurance is purchase along with the pot, GPS will be able to FULLY REFUND the pot (excluding insurance) if it is cracked or broken upon delivery.
我们在此建议客户在购买花盆的当而购买花盆保险（GPS-Item Insurance Claim）。倘若在收到花盆的当儿发现有所损坏，我们便会全额退款（除了保险费）。

(b)What to do if I received broken/damaged pot without purchasing the pot insurance?
- If pots are found to be broken/damaged, we provide 2 options:
若您没有购买花盆保险，收到了破裂或受损的花盆，我们将提供两个选择：

Option 1: We will replace the pots for you on your next order.
第一：我们会在您的下一个订单补发花盆给您。

Option 2: If the buyer does not want to place a new order, then the buyer will need to purchase “Replacement Product“ in our store and bear the shipping cost.
第二：若您不想再下下一单，您可以选择购买我们的”补发产品“，我们将会补发新的花盆给您(邮寄费自付)。

**Most items are ready-stocks, hence shipment will proceed within 2-3 working days. However, stock availability may differ due to unforeseen circumstances (lockdown, supplier chain stuck)
**本店的大多产品都是现货，所以通常将会在2-3天内发货。但偶尔会因不可抗拒的因素（封城或供货链断开）而导致突然缺货的情况发生。
