1. Can I install it myself? Will it be difficult?
👉Answer: The installation is quite simple, you only need to prepare a power point, scan
and connect to the wifi thru the mobile App, and it will be done in 3 minutes.

2. Can the camera have a two-way conversation?
👉Answer: Yes, it come with built-in microphone and speaker

3. Can I still use it without internet?
👉Answer : Yes, by setting to AP Mode, the camera can still be operated and recorded,
and the video can be played back thru mobile phone when in front of camera

4. Can a camera be connected to several mobile phones to watch at the same time?
How many cameras can be connected to a mobile phone?
👉Answer : You can connect and view unlimited mobile phones at the same time.
One mobile phone can connect to multiple cameras without limitation.

5. Can I watch the video playback on my mobile phone?
👉Answer: The video is stored in the SD card or the cloud (subscription), and can be
played back at any time thru the mobile phone

6. If installed at home or shop, can i watch it when outside?
👉Answer : As long as the camera is connected to the Internet, you can watch or
playback on your mobile phone anytime, anywhere

7. Can i see clearly at night or in a dark place?

8. Is there a warranty for the camera? How long?
What should I do if there is a problem?
👉Answer : No worry, there is a 6-months local warranty period. If there is a
problem in the first month, it will be replaced one to one. You can come to our
