1. Do you need wifi / internet for this set?
📌 NO, camera and NVR have own wifi signal to connect with each other, installation is super easy, just plug and play
📌 You only need wifi / internet if you wanted to view from phone. With internet, you will be able to monitor your premise anytime and anywhere

2. Can the CCTV support audio?
📌 YES ! The CCTVs have built in microphone and speaker, you will be able to listen and talk to people through apps
**Most of the set on market support only one way audio, our set support TWO WAY AUDIO **

3. Is the CCTV fix or able to rotate?
📌 you can rotate the CCTV (355 degree) via apps or by using mouse.

4. Can I use the CCTV outdoor?
📌 YES ! This model is water and dust proof with IP65 rating. Suitable to install outdoor and exposed under rain
📌 Can install indoor / outdoor as u like

5. Can we add on cameras in future ?
📌 YES ! The NVR can connect up to 10 CCTVs, you can add on camera anytime you wanted.

6. How strong is the camera signal?
📌 The maximum distance between NVR and CCTV is 100 meter in totally open area, wall and door will influence the signal.

7. What to do if the signal is too weak influenced by wall / doors?
📌 You can purchase a repeater to strengthen the signal

8. What about storage?
📌 You can purchase harddisk from the set, all the videos recorded will be auto deleted after storage is full, you don't have to delete it manually (It will keep the latest record inside)

9. Can we replace the camera / NVR with higher resolution in future?
📌 YES ! the NVR can support up to 5mp, also we sell the CCTV and NVR individually too, you do not have to change the whole set if one of the CCTV is malfunction.

10. What about warranty?
📌 Warranty is 1 year on manufacture defect, any damages caused by accident / person DO NOT COVER (No worries, we will not disappear like other sellers when you need us )
