Blood oxygen saturation(Sp02)is the percentage ot hemoglobin in the blood that contains oxygen -in
other words,the amount of oxygen in the blood.It is
a useful natural indicator of the condition of a person's respiratory system. The ideal range is
between 95% and 100%,but this can be affected by your physical condition,altitude,and certain illnesses.lf your Sp0. level is too low it could indicate a health risk. Use the data below for reference:

2. Things to note when measuring SpO2

1.Enable Sp0, on the wearable to get data.Follow the onscreen instructions to complete measurements.

fail. These include low blood perfusion, arm hair tattoos, incorrect posture moving your arm during
the measurement not wearing your device correctly
