Product Description:
Timberbond 756 Is A Fast Setting Water-Based Adhesive Suitable For Bonding In Wood Flooring Applications. It Is White Color Before Drying But Will Turn Into A Clear Colorless Dried Film. It Dries To Form A Strong Bond Between Timbers, And Is Resistant To Normal Hygrometric Movements Of Wood And The Thermal Expansion Of Substrates. It Can Be Applied Smoothly And Can Be Cleaned Up With Water.

Application:
Ideal For Bonding Of Moisture Sensitive Timber In Wood Flooring Applications, Including Parquet Or Morsaic, Industrial Parquet And Floorboards Of All Type Of Wood, Multi-Layer Pre-Finished Parquet Of Small Format. It May Be Used On Cement-Board Screeds, Wooden Substrates, Shipboard Panels, Masonite Panels Etc.

Curing Time:
Floors Are Set To Light Traffic After 48 Hours. For Parquet Polishing, Wait For At Least 10 Days To Ensure That The Wood Has Reached The Proper Stability And That The Adhesive Is Complete Dry.


Safety And First Aid Directions:
Keep Put Of Reach Of Children. Safety Data Sheet Available On Request. For Further Health And Safety Information, Consult The Latest Safety Data Sheet.

Directions:
1. Substrates Must Be Dry, Absorbent, Level, Loose Particles, Paint, Wax, Oil, Rust, And Traces Of Gypsum.
2. Apply Timberbond To The Substrate With The Appropriate Notched Trowel. In Order Avoid Excessive Adhesive Thickness, Hold The Trowel At A 45° Angel To The Floor While Dragging The Trowel And Making A Uniform Height Of Notched Ridges.
3. The Open Time Of The Timberbond Is 30 Minutes At Room Temperature.
4. If Skin Forms On The Adhesive Before Parquet Installation, The Adhesive Must Be Removed And Replaced.
5. Press The Wood Parquet Firmly Onto The Wet Timberbond To Ensure Good Contact.
6. Leave A Gap Approximately 10MM Width Around The Perimeter, Columns, And Any Elements Crossing The Floor.
7. Do Not Bond Edges Of Wood Strips Together (Follow The Parquet Manufacturers Recommendations For Installation).

Storage: Store In A Dry And Cool Place With Temperature Below 30°
