如何食用 中午/晚上 饭前服用



冲泡方式

1.取一包粉倒入杯中

2. 用勺子慢慢搅拌

3. 均匀后即可食用

糙米粉，食用植物油微囊粉 中链甘油三酯微囊粉（中链甘油三酯>5%,低聚麦芽糖，酪蛋白酸钠，三聚磷酸钠，单双甘油脂肪酸酯，二氧化硅） 椰子粉，食用植物油微囊粉 椰子油微囊粉（椰子油，低聚麦芽糖，酪蛋白酸钠，三聚磷酸钠，单双甘油脂肪酸酯，二氧化硅） ，植物油微囊粉（红花籽油，亚麻籽油，低聚麦芽糖，酪蛋白酸钠，三聚磷酸钠，单双甘油脂肪酸酯，二氧化硅），枸杞粉（>0.1%），黄原胶，焌甲基纤维素钠，复合营养强化剂（维生素C，维生素E，硫酸锌，维生素A )，罗汉果甜苷，食用香精。（亚油酸>1%，β-亚麻酸>1%）

Brewing method

1. Take a packet of flour and pour it into the cup
