功效 Effect
（1）亚麻籽的膳食纤维，含量超过四分之一
现代人的饮食比较容易缺乏膳食纤维。可溶性的膳食纤维能够带走一些胆固醇，从而降低体内胆固醇的含量。这也得到了一些科学实验的证实，尤其是对胆固醇含量比较高的人，效果还比较明显。此外，膳食纤维能够填充肚子，却不能被消化吸收，因而有助于减少热量的摄入。从这个角度来看，说它有利于减肥也有一定道理。此外，不溶性膳食纤维吸水性好，有助于食物的排出，从而解决便秘的问题

（2）亚麻木酚素
这种物质能与人体的雌激素受体结合，被称为“植物雌激素”。对于那些需要补充雌激素的人，这种“天然雌激素”似乎也就更具有吸引力。对那些跟激素水平有关的癌症有一定抑制作用，比如乳腺癌、子宫癌、前列腺癌和卵巢癌等。

（3）Ω3脂肪酸
亚麻籽是一种很好的油料作物，含油量在40%以上，油中的脂肪酸一半以上是阿尔法亚麻酸，即通常所说的ALA。ALA是一种欧米伽3多不饱和脂肪酸，和鱼油的有效成分 EPA和DHA相同。在降低血脂保护心脏方面，已得到了科学证实，因此心脑血管不太好的人应该每天都吃一些亚麻籽。
