Traditional medicine used for improving blood circulation.

Dosage and administration:

1 tab = 40mg of pure extract.

The usual dosage is 1 tab 3 times a day to be swallowed at mealtime.

Precaution: since this medicinal product contains lactose, it is contra-indicated in subjects presenting with congenital galactosemia, glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome or with lactase deficiency.

Tanakan preparation contains standardized extract EGb 761 derived from maidenhair tree leaves (Ginkgo biloba). The preparation increases the synthesis and release of an active substance known as acetylcholine, the amount of which decreases with age.

What is tanakan medicine used for:

Traditionally used for improving blood circulation.

The following are Tanakan tablets' benefits:

️ Helps to vasodilate the small arteries (it widens them)

️ Improves the rheological properties of blood

️ Reduces clumping of platelet and red blood cell

️ Helps to increase venous tone (tension)

️ Helps to decrease capillary permeability, and thus combats oedemas

️ Improves intracellular glucose utilization while also combating the presence of so-called free radicals.

Each tanakan® 40mg tablet contains:

Dry extract from Ginkgo biloba (leaves/folium) (EGb 761) containing 22.0% – 27.0% of flavonoids expressed as flavone glycosides, 5.4% – 6.6% of terpene lactones, 2.8% – 3.4% of ginkgolides A, B, C, 2.6% – 3.2% of bilobalide.
