What Does ALC Stand For?
Acetyl-L-carnitine. This acronym will be used extensively throughout the remainder
of this article. ALC is a cognitive enhancer and neuroprotective agent that protects

system. ALC is an ester of carnitine that modulates cellular concentrations of free
