Dosage: 1% - 8%
• 1 Tablespoon (10g)
• 1 Teaspoon (4g)
Storage: Once opened, store in refrigerator.
Precaution: Avoid sour or bitter mixture. Pandan Leaf Essence only blend well & enhance with sweetness.

Direction of use for Bakery:
Use for baking or whatever a recipe calls for a flavor. Begin with 1 teaspoon for each 8oz / 226g cup of ingredients & add more depending on desired strength required. Alternatively, can add to ice-cream, kuih-muih, jelly, cake, biscuit, jam, pudding, chocolate, bao/bun, bread, dessert, popcorn, grazing & filing.
