1、事情起因是因为您买了一个产品有问题，我说给您免费更换新的，但是您既想要个新的，又不想退回有问题的。您有您的难处，但是平台的规则请遵守，商品有问题请进行退换处理，而不是一而再再而三的想要新品。另外产品有问题给您退换货不是应该的么？给您退款或者换新的可以上什么当呢？
2、上一次购买因为快递原因导致一个70多马币的产品盖子坏了，也就是你图片所示。我说让你退回来给你换个新的，因为我们后期可以多生产一个盖子匹配就可以了，在你眼里这个产品是个残次品，但是在我们眼里，我们换个盖子后依然是个好的产品。但是你不但不退货，竟然又要求让我个人再送给你1个新的。
