【植物草本排酸双降茶
功效：降低血清尿酸水平，缓解痛风性关节炎。

5种全中医汉方草本的配方
菊苣、栀子、百合、葛根、桑叶

栀子：属卫生部颁布的第l批药食两用资源，具有护肝、利胆、降压、镇静、止血、消肿等作用。在中医临床常用于治疗黄疸型肝炎、扭挫伤 、高血压、糖尿病等症。清热，泻火，凉血。治热病虚烦不眠，淋病，消渴，目赤，咽痛，吐血，衄血，血痢，尿血，热毒疮疡，扭伤肿痛

菊苣：用于湿热黄疸，胃痛食少，清肝利胆，健胃消食，利尿消肿。

百合：解毒、理脾健胃、利湿消积、宁心安神、促进血液循环等功效。主治劳嗽、咳血、虚烦惊悸等症，对医治肺络疾病和保健抗衰老有特别功效。

葛根：解表退热，生津，透疹，升阳止泻。用于外感发热头痛、高血压、颈项强痛、口渴、消渴、麻疹不透、热痢、泄泻。

桑叶：治疗风热感冒，具有发散风热的作用，用于外感风热的治疗，能有效缓解发热头痛，去肺热，治疗头晕，利水去脚气，祛斑，降三高，咽喉肿痛等则症状。

中医理疗师推荐家庭保健护理方案

冲泡方法：
1.热泡：取一包放入约 300ml - 500ml 的沸水中，浸泡或煮沸5分钟左右，1日数次饮用。
2.冷泡：可直接用冷水浸泡，取一包加入约 300ml 冷水中，放置10分钟至2小时候，或一夜之后饮用。
* 以上饮用均浓淡由人，喜欢饮得浓就放少一点水，喜欢饮得淡就放少一点水，可依据个人爱好加入冰糖或蜂蜜。

禁忌人群：孕妇、哺乳期妇女、婴幼儿及14周岁以下儿童，或对本品过敏者不宜饮用。

How to Use:
Serve hot: Put the tea bag in a cup and pour in 300ml to 500ml water. Let it soak and serve.
Serve cold: Put the tea bag in cold water and let it soak for 10min to 2hrs in the fridge or overnight.
*U may add in sugar or honey, more or less water for your preference.
