🍳烹饪方法 :
步骤1 : 略煮 - 将肉用开水焯一下
步骤2 : 清洗 - 把药材清洗干净
步骤3 : 混合 - 将汤料和肉倒入锅中
步骤4 : 煮沸 - 倒入一锅水（2升），用大火煮沸
步骤5 : 熬煮 - 汤煮开后转小火煮1.5小时
步骤6 : 调味- 烹煮后，加入适量的盐调味即可

🍳HOW TO PREPARE :
Step 1 : Blanch - Blanch chicken meat in boiled water (optional)
Step 2 : Rinse - Rinse all the herbs
Step 3 : Mix - Add soup ingredients and meat into the pot
Step 4 : Boil - Boil 2 Litres of water
Step 5 : Simmer - Lower the heat & allow it to simmer for 1.5hours
Step 6 : Season - Season the soup with salt according to your preference to enhance taste.
