Add half a teaspoon of Bhringraj powder to a pot of boiling water & let it steep for 15 minutes. Sieve & add honey or jaggery, as per taste. It can be taken in the morning.

Mix ½-1 teaspoon of Bhringraj powder with coconut oil. Apply & massage hair pack on scalp. Tie a shower cap & wash off with any herbal shampoo after 1- 2 hours. Repeat this 3X a week.

HOW TO APPLY BHRINGRAJ ON SKIN:
If you have skin infection, make a paste of Bhringraj powder with water or mix it with any oil and apply on the affected areas twice a day. Keep it on for 15 minutes and then rinse off.
