Description
Leaf gelatine is a type of food gelatine. It is made by pouring a gelatine solution into sheets, drying them carefully, and cutting them into rectangular sheets. Their rectangular shape makes it particularly easy to portion them. No weighing or measuring is necessary.

Leaf Gelatin is available in various grades. They differ in sheet weight. Each sheet offers the same Gelling Power. An excellent result is therefore guaranteed.

Three easy steps – soak, squeeze and melt

Use:
10 gelatin sheets to gel with 1 liter of liquid. Soak Required Gelatin sheets separately for approximately 5-7 minutes in cold water.
Remove and gently squeeze out excess water.
WARM DISHES: Add squeezed out gelatin stirring until completely dissolved.
COLD DISHES (e.g. cream) :
1. Slightly heat squeezed out gelatin stirring until completely dissolved.
2. Do not boil.
3. Slowly add the cold mixture to gelatin. ( MUST follow directions in this order.)
4. Cool mixture for at least 4 hours before serving
