Did you know? From its flavor to its benefits, experts all agree that Alba cinnamon is simply superior to any other type of cinnamon used in the world.

Our supreme quality Alba sticks are specially selected by hand, cut to 10cm in length, and are packed in beautiful round jars according to international standards. Each 80g jar will contain between 20 to 25 cinnamon sticks which are non-irradiated, suitable for vegans, and are GMO, coloring, and additive-free.

These true cinnamon sticks are harvested from all-natural farms on the south coast of Sri Lanka, free of any chemicals or pesticides. Each quill is hand-peeled by a master cinnamon farmer and is air-cured in the shade. The traditional production process results in beautifully smooth sticks that exude an exquisite aroma.

We have many regular clients who are bakers, gourmet chefs, and baristas who enjoy OriCeylon Alba Ceylon cinnamon. This spice adds amazing aromatics and flavor to various foods, such as:

Why is Alba Grade Cinnamon superior to other grades?

• Made from specially selected delicate inner bark, Alba cinnamon has a sweeter and more delicious flavor than other
cinnamon grades, especially compared with commonly available Cassia cinnamon.

• Not only is Alba cinnamon grown exclusively in Sri Lanka, but producing it takes many hours of delicate, manual
workmaster workers with decades of experience are only able to make one or two kilograms of sticks a day.

• Alba cinnamon is the thinnest of all cinnamon, measuring at 6-9 millimeters in thickness. Due to this thinness, each
stick must be filled with more layers of bark to reduce breakage.

• Because of the high skill and time requirements, this grade of cinnamon is absolutely the rarest in the market.
