雨莉 卤香之王 Luo Xiang Zhi Wang (260 gram)

本品采用天然植物材料。精心研制而成。具有色香味俱全，鲜美醇香等优点。是大小卤味店及家庭理想选择。
配料：八角，桂皮，香果，千里香，味素，淀粉，食盐。
用量：每公斤肉类只需两小包卤香之王即可。
保存方法：存放于阴凉，干燥处，用后锁紧罐盖，以免香味流失。
通过专业食品验证100％纯天然植物。
材料研制素食者放心食用。

卤鸭/鸡/鸡蛋的方法：
1。鸭/鸡/鸡蛋清洗干净后，把食盐，蒜头大粒大碎，上等黑白酱油，腌两个小时。
2。加3汤匙的糖和油，加进锅煮成糖色气泡后，
3。把腌好的鸭/鸡/鸡蛋倒进锅中搅拌糖煮至干水，才加沸水浸过的鸭/鸡肉/鸡蛋，加卤香之王，大火煮滚5分钟，改小火煮至少许汤汁，咸甜轻重自己调。

Braised Duck/chicken/egg Recipe:
1. Prepare duck/chicken/egg, seasoning ingredients, salt, 3 whole crushed garlic, premium thick dark and light soya source, marinate for 2 hours.
2. 3 spoon of cooking oil, 1 spoon of sugar into pot, saute till sugar caramelized.
3. Put marinated duck/chicken/egg into the pot and baste till water dry. Then submerged duck/chicken/egg with boiled water, add in 卤香之王, boil for 5 minutes, simmer with low head till thick braised gravy. Adjust salt & sugar level to own preferred.
