Please follow this specification to avoid any delay.

Specification:
- We will use Arial for the nametag because we have preditigized the fonts. If you wish to use any other fonts, logo digitization fee is applied.
- The size of the name is 2cm x 7cm. Different sizes can be done. Larger size nametag maybe more expensive because it requires more stitches to make.
- Please limit the name to maximum of 14 character (including space). Longer name can be embroidered. The name has to be adjusted and squeezed into the space of about 6cm. Characters of the name would be smaller. We suggest buyer go for longer size nametag or use short form for name.
- Please write the name in the message column (important) on the checkout page. If you wish to use other color thread for the name other than what it is stated, please write it in this column as well. Please write in chat as well.

Please take note that all name would be capitalized for the standard size (7x2cm) nametag.

Update:
We've seen some sample nametags (made by other suppliers) provided by buyers who has placed order here. Some nametags are still in good conditions after many washes but others are in terrible shape. We want our nametag to last longer, at least by the end of the year, it is still in decent shape. So we change our nametag stitch file to include more stitches (about 50% more, few thousands stitches), especially in the border. More stitches means more processing time and thread used.

We do manual digitization, meaning we put in the name character by character or name by name, one at a time. Since we are doing this manually, typo happens sometimes. (Auto digitization is available. It is easy and no typo error. Unfortunately, we don't like the auto digitised result.) If your nametag has typo error or any problem, please stay calm and message us, we will resend at our own cost.Tq
