ESIMARK Duo-Color engraving material with original ABS base sheet with protective film.

ABS Double Color Sheets is a kind of material for ROTARY and LASER engraving , which is widely
applied to production of signboard, name badges, ID tags, gift arts, information board, interior
decoration, electrical switchboard plates and control panel.

*Our material are hot foil color transferred on the surface as compared to ink printed sheets which gives out an unhealthy paint smell in storage. Foil colors are durable and uniform with an even thickness surface finish providing for easy and even depth engraving.
# Good for rotary and laser engraving

To get the best out of ESIMARK quality engraving sheets,

we recommend following these instructions:

· Keep the protective film on when handling, cutting, shearing, profiling or drilling

· Do not stack sheets if protective film has been peeled off

· Store material flat and horizontal to prevent bending and curling

· We recommend testing small area to check for compatibility for UV or Silkscreen print applications

· Storage temperature should be below 29*C (85*F) in a dry environment

· Do not expose material to direct sunlight or rain

· Material above 1.3mm thickness should only be cut with a safety saw or cutting blade. Do not shear.

· Material may become brittle after its average useful life of 1-3 years.
