Jasmine essential oils considered as an aphrodisiac, helps to restore libido. It’s often touted as natural remedy to treat stress, anxiety, depression, menstrual cramps and menopause symptoms.

Benefits:

Directions for use:
1. Add 8 to 10 drops to the diffuser.
2. Add 8 - 8 drops to the aroma burner.
3. Add 1-2 drops to cotton or a bowl of steaming water and breathe.
4. Add 8 drops to 1/4 cup of milk, sea salts or carrier oil stir well and use in the bathtub for sore body or muscles.
5. Add 4-6 drops to 10ml carrier oil for body use.
