Uses:
-Diffuse to uplift mood and energy levels and to freshen the air.
-For an energizing boost, dispense one to two drops in the palm of your hand along with equal parts Peppermint and ---Frankincense. Rub palms together and inhale deeply from palms, then rub on the back of neck.

Directions for Use:-
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

Notes: - The concentration of essential oils varies by season. This means that if you receive an EO bottle marked V1/V2/V3 it doesn't mean it's a counterfeit.
V1 : full flowering distilled for 4 hours
V2 : full flowering phenophase distilled for 1.5 hours
V3 : end of blossoming distilled for 1.5 hours
