Meditation Essential Oils Blend is a combination of Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang and Rose Geranium, this is formulated for promotes the feeling of calming and relaxation. When essential oil are used during meditation, it help to enhance the feeling of being centered, grounded and focused. It also help to enhance various practices of mindfulness by inspiring feelings of positivity, determination, gratitude and self respect.

Directions of use:
1. Add 8 - 10 drops to the diffuser.
2. Add 8 - 10 drops to the aroma burner.
3. Add 1 - 2 drops to cotton or a bowl of steaming water and breathe.
4. Add 8 drops to 1/4 cup of milk, sea salts or carrier oil stir well and use in the bathtub for sore body or muscles.
5. Add 4 - 6 drops to 10ml carrier oil for body massage use.

Ingredient: Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang and Rose Geranium
