Our weight vest come with steel plate. Not empty vest.
You can choose the weight vest from 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg and up to 30kg.

IMPORTANT:
Never fill the weight vest with sand, we already tried it, the heaviest you can get around 3-4kg only.
If you fill with sand, it is hard to adjust the weight, and the sand easily spill out.
We already tried with cement filled in pipe tube. Also the same, weight around 5kg.
Wisest thing to do is using steel plate.
