JEBBOND adhesive is solvent-based contact adhesive. It is specially formulated adhesive which is excellence for multi-purpose applications such as adhesion of formica, wood, plywood, furniture, metal, fabrication and plastic materials.

Jebbond Contact Adhesive especially for bonding formica, rubber, cork, leather, fibreglass, polyurethane foam, e.v.a. to wood, metal or concrete.
1. Ensure that surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grit, oil or grease.
2. Apply adhesive to both surfaces with a brush or scraper to give a uniform coating.
3. Allow to dry 3 to 30 minutes according to surface prosity.
4. Apply even pressure to the assembly to ensure uniform bonding.


How to Apply:
1. Take a scrap laminate for applying the adhesive.
2. Apply a thin layer of adhesive on both the HPL and on the furniture that you want to stick it on.
3. Wait for 5-10minutes for the adhesive to be slightly dry (not so damp).
4. Stick the HPL onto the furniture, when the adhesive is slightly dry.
5. Use a scrapper covered with cloth (to ensure the HPL surface is not scratched) to squeeze out all the air within the HPL and furniture. This is to ensure that all the HPL surface is tightly contact and stick to the furniture.
6. Use a laminate cutter and laminate profile to trim off the edges from the furniture.
7. Leave the HPL on the furniture for several hour for the adhesive to completely dry and stick permanently.
