Deskripsi Produk
1) Loctite 435 is a colorless, toughened, ethyl-based instant adhesive. It has a fixture time of 10 - 20 secs. It has high resistance to impact and shock loads, high peel strength and is suitable for bonding plastics, rubber, metals, porous and absorbent substrates and acidic surfaces. It has good resistance in humid environments. It cures very quickly when confined between two surfaces. It is deal for bonding small to medium-size parts and has excellent adhesion to most substrates. It is well suited to metals, rubbers and plastics and porous and/or acidic surfaces.

2) Loctite 416 is a transparent, colorless, ethyl-based general purpose instant adhesive which has a high viscosity. It is suitable for metals, rubbers and plastic, it is also suitable for polyolefins in combination with Primer Loctite SF 770 or Loctite 7239. It has a fixture time of 20 - 40 secs. It cures very quickly when confined between two surfaces and has excellent adhesion to most substrates. It is ideal for bonding small to medium-size parts.

3) Loctite 496 is a low viscosity instant adhesive formulated primarily for bonding metals. It also bonds plastics, rubbers and polyolefins. Other materials bonded include plastics and rubbers, as well as polyolefins (in combination with Primer Loctite SF 770 or Loctite SF 7239). It offers a fixture time of 10 - 30 secs.

4) Loctite 404 is a transparent, colorless to straw colored, low viscosity instant adhesive (industrial grade) designed for bonding of plastics and elastomeric materials. It allows for very fast-fixturing for ease of assembly and handling, especially suited for quick repairs. It is ideal for O-ring assembly.

5) Loctite 498 is a transparent, colorless to pale yellow general purpose ethyl cyanoacrylate liquid adhesive suitable for applications where heat resistance is required. It is formulated to resist thermal cycling and also exhibits superior resistance to humidity. It is formulated to resist thermal cycling. It exhibits superior resistance to humidity.

6) Loctite 444 is a colorless, transparent, medium viscosity ethyl cyanoacrylate liquid adhesive formulated for electronics applications. It is designed for use with TAK PAK® Accelerators for instant cures for tacking electronics components. It can be used for tacking wire to coil forms, tamper proofing adjustable components and mounting standoffs, edge guides and stiffeners to circuit boards.
