This is few type of hard type epoxy resin which specified for some application :

1) 2:1 Deep Pour Epoxy Resin (suitable to do Epoxy Table)
Suitable for deep pour thickness . (2:1 recommend 25mm and below, 3:1 recommend 10mm and below)

Specification:
Gross Weight: +-3kg (total)
Type: Hard (Like PVC)
Weight Ratio : 2:1 (Resin:Hardener, require digital scale to measure)
Color: Crystal Clear (Transparent, can add color)
Cure Time: 10 hours for 2.5cm thickness (MAX) at 25°C (faster than 3:1 epoxy)
Fully cure : 24-36 hours
Max. Layer Thickness / Pour: <2.5cm

INSTRUCTIONS TO USE:

1. Clean your mold and product.

2. Mixing Epoxy Resin (A : B in Weight Ratio 2 : 1 )
- Epoxy requires a minimum mass of material for the chemical reaction to occur, ensuring that the material cures properly. We suggest to mix minimum 20g of resins (Part A) with 10g of hardener (Part B).
- Pour Resins (Part A) & Hardener (Part B) into an empty plastic cup.
- Make sure to mix the 2 part epoxy according to the weight ratio 2 : 1 (Part A : B) using digital scale
- Stir the mixture slowly using stick or mini spoon. This will minimize the possibility of air bubbles forming in the mixture.
- Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to allow any air bubbles to rise to the surface.

3. Pour epoxy resin into mold (DO NOT POUR MORE THAN 2.5CM THICKNESS EACH TIME):
- Remove any air bubbles which may have formed during the application. Simply place the toothpick on the bubble and draw it towards the surface.
- Once applied, please allow minimum 10 hours for the mixture to be cured.
- Be sure to check on it periodically to make sure no air bubbles have formed in your design.

2) 2:1 Epoxy Resin (suitable to do carbon fiber)

Specification:

Type: Hard (Like PVC)

Color: Crystal Clear (Transparent, can add color)
Before mix, resin A is transparent blue color
Cure Time: 8-10 hours for 1cm thickness (MAX) at 25°C (faster than 3:1 epoxy)
Fully cure : 24-36 hours
Max. Layer Thickness / Pour: <1cm
INSTRUCTIONS TO USE: Same with above, just ratio 2:1 & thickness do not more than 1cm thick

3) 3:1 Epoxy Resin (suitable to do epoxy floor)
Specification:
Gross Weight: +-4kg (total)
Type: Hard (Like PVC)
Weight Ratio : 3:1 (Resin:Hardener, require digital scale to measure)
Color: Crystal Clear (Transparent, can add color)
Cure Time: 8-10 hours for 1cm thickness (MAX) at 25°C (faster than 3:1 epoxy)
Fully cure : 48-72hours
Max. Layer Thickness / Pour: <1cm
INSTRUCTIONS TO USE: Same with above, just ratio 3:1 & thickness do not more than 1cm thick
