There are two types in market, WIFI type and 4G Simcard type. We are selling 4G Simcard type.

This T9G5 run on 4G Simcard can be used for remote monitoring and recording without connecting to home wifi. It has more than 7 days standby time.

T9G5 4G camera can be used for monitoring housekeepers or a nanny, baby, pet, personal security, professional surveillance, body safety or action and work as car recorder. It has Night Vision. The App works on both Android and ios.

Features:

1. All-in-one with 4G Network, quick monitoring with fast turn on!
Built-in 4G network chip, with its own network, can monitor & record anywhere in seconds. App works on both ios and android phone.

2. Upgraded ultra-low power chips with quick wake-up function. When the human body infrared is triggered, the camera quickly starts recording and complete the video upload, and then quickly enters a low-power sleep mode for power saving.

3. DV Mode long standby motion sensor recording without WiFi network. Whether it is a corridor, yard, supermarket, living room fixed-point monitoring, or outdoor sports, cycling, walking, multi-purpose to meet the different needs.

4. Support two-way voice call. Built-in speaker and high-sensitivity microphone, pickup range up to 5 meters, can talk to family members at any time via mobile phone.

5. Local Storage on SD card. Support local Micro-SD card to store the alarm video. When memory card is full, the new video will automatically overwrite the old files. The product comes with 3 days free Cloud storage.

We will provide demo video to guide you on setup.

Note: Simcard and memory card are not included. Live view requires higher data upload speed in your area. It is preferably more than 10mbps upload speed. Data speed of lower than 5mbps may affect the video stream. You may try Speedtest by Ookla app to check telco speed in your area.

Warranty
1 month warranty on manufacturing fault. Goods return in original packing. All shipping costs include return to factory are borne by buyer.

Return policy
We only accept return on manufacturing fault. Please contact us before return. Upon return, we will check and verify the product defect. If the problem is due to configuration, we will reprogram the device. In case of manufacturing fault, after verified by our technical team, we will replace new product to you within warranty period. There will be no refund after purchase. We do not refund on change of mind, wrong size, color and others.
